A note on September

Happy labor day! Lately, we’ve slowed in posting new information, but we weren’t taking a vacation. Temporarily, we’ve shifted focus toward some exciting projects that recently have required a lot more effort on our parts. Rather than neglect “Cook By Your Wits” though, we’ve decided to change it up a little bit the month and post about the final push toward launching our collection of artisanal candies and cakes . We will include some recipes, but also tips on testing and tweaking them, pictures of the confections, and Katherine’s branding and design work. We’re very excited for Immersion Confectionery, but we will focus back on recipes and lessons in October.

This week we’re working on our cakes.
